Over the past 17 years, Robin has been exposed to the use of the Office Suite and data management techniques in many organizations, industries, and individuals. She began to understand the need for specialized training that met the needs of the customer and started writing custom curriculums that focused on where the customer could gain the most productivity. Robin developed expertise in several applications, including the entire Microsoft Office suite, Crystal Reports, Adobe Acrobat - and the list goes on.
